About

I am a 24 year old designer originally from Trinidad. I started off working professionally as a graphic designer advancing to motion media and post-production. I graduated from SCAD (Savannah College of Art and Design) with a BFA in Industrial Design and a minor in Interaction Design. I am familiar with all aspects of design from user centered to systems design. I strongly believe in design research and user testing prior to ideation. I am not a fan of random/arbitrary design in this period of human existence. I have a focus on innovation and sustainability and user experience. I am quite aware that all products have a lifespan and I think ahead of the project. I am a meticulous, hardworking, detail oriented individual that loves to learn new techniques and information daily. I am also quite fond of information architecture, as it allows the translation of complex systems to be understood by a larger audience or universally. I always keep a positive, encouraging mindset and enjoy collaboration. I am addicted to writing and sketching and I am willing to travel for ethnographic research due to my love of travel, language and photography.
