From vaguely-defined problem to rapid-fire deployment, I work closely with the product team to transform business requirements into beautiful, intelligent interfaces that delight users. TripAdvisor is the destination of choice for travelers searching for unbiased hotel reviews, photos and vacation advice. Already a longtime fan of the brand, I happily joined the company to lead the experience design for Vacation Rentals. Whether through wireframes, detailed visuals, or interactive prototypes, I partner with the product team to improve our core experience and develop new features that convert window-shoppers into purchasers.
With a unique blend of technological prowess and creative savvy, SapientNitro is a global agency without equal. I joined the agency as an Art Director, leading the visual design track on large, complex digital assignments for clients like Adobe, Chrysler and Fidelity. Eventually, I realized that my talents were well-suited for UXD, and decided to switch roles in mid-2012. I finished my career at SapientNitro designing kick-ass user experiences for major retail clients.

360 Digital Influence is a social-centric, all-digital, creative services discipline that began at Ogilvy Washington. There, I developed campaigns and social experiences for clients across a variety of industries. Besides the typical duties of an Art Director, I also lead the information architecture, experience design, site map creation and persona development on many assignments.

Since 1978, Greenfield/Belser has dominated the legal and professional services marketing arena. In 2007, the agency expanded its client roster and digital capabilities. Throughout that transition, I worked on a variety of both digital and print projects, including user interface design for a custom CMS, design for large-scale dynamic websites, ad campaigns and corporate identities.

Hinge is a small design shop nestled in the suburbs of Washington, DC. There, I worked directly with clients to design websites, print collateral and corporate identities.
As an Art Director and Designer-for-hire, I provided a full range of design services to small and medium-size companies, non-profit organizations and start-ups.
My primary responsibility at Capital One was to design national direct mail campaigns. However, I also worked closely with the Executive Creative Director on internal projects that facilitated more collaboration and cooperation between business groups.
ACS built its business on delivering solid creative work for a reasonable price. This is where I began my career. I designed identity systems, print collateral, tradeshow exhibits, direct mail campaigns and websites for small businesses – sometimes all in the same week.
