PROJECT BRIEF: SKVM is a device that enables military and government agencies to securely view classified networks. The device enables the sharing of peripheral devices, such as high-resolution displays, audio equipment, and common access cards. The KVM Switch is specially designed to prevent peripherals from leaking information and to remain tamper-free during usage. SERVICES APPLIED: product design, mechanical engineering, user experience design, packaging design. Recipient of 2012 Consumer Electronics Show Design and Engineering Awards Honoree, in the Computer Peripherals category. Secure KVM was co-developed with the Industrial Design and Product Development team at Belkin.
