Yahoo Lifestyles Group (Santa Monica, CA)

Lead designer for Yahoo! Kids with projects including Y! Kids Study Zone and Y! Kids 2007 Holiday Gift Guide. Worked with product managers to meet sponsorship specifications, worked with Interaction Designers to produce visual comps according to specified wire frames, and worked with team of developers to deliver production assets.

Developed prototypes for Yahoo! Lifestyles Women's Hub. Worked with Interaction Designers, Visual Designers, and User Researchers to develop prototypes for Rapid Iterative Testing and Evaluation (RITE) sessions.

Evade The Noise is a music blog to promote quality music. A side project, co-founded with Shay Thomason, born out of our love for music, which I contribute to on a part-time basis.

Responsible for art direction, UI, production, and voicing my opinion on music. Partnered with Arlene Alejandro for Wordpress integration.

Shoreline is a non-denominational church in West Los Angeles, which I am a member of. I designed the website and I am currently responsible for updating graphics and designing new site features on a part-time basis.

Responsible for art direction, UI, and project management. I hired Monk Development for front-end development and API integration.

Contracted for 3 months as a production designer for Yahoo! Summer Movie Guide 2007. I assisted the art director in designing front page "feature module" graphics and movie keyart graphics for the movie detail pages. My other responsibilities included preparing design files for the production team and flash production.

Schematic is an interactive design agency specializing in interactive television and new media for entertainment.

As a production artist I worked with teams consisting of project managers, interactive designers, art directors, upper level designers, and technology developers. I was responsible for producing final deliverable files from finalized designed files. My responsibilities included flash production/animation, preparing files for the development team, and motion prototyping. Client work included ABC, Microsoft, Nissan, Target, and Warner Bros.
