Ex Libris - This design is based off of an assigned hybrid: fruit + security. Using found objects like Xacto knife blades and chocolate wrappers, I designed a personalized book plate.

Safe Pineapples - Continuing from the idea of blending fruit + security, I created nine different combinations of the two, focusing mainly on pineapples and locks. The bottom row is a series of three branched from my central icon. The top image is another hybrid of two things that look alike: a cupcake and circus tent.

Dancing Nancies Typography - I displayed the lyrics to "Dancing Nancies" by Dave Matthews Band in a purely typographical manner, paying careful attention to how each letter, word, or set of words reflects the song's meaning.
