Resume

My specialization and everything that I've learned affected my choice of diploma work which is presented here. That's the “Exhibition of urban customs” set.
This focus of study influenced my way of thinking and my approach to projects – through the analysis of the environment before starting work and identifying typical features and using them in an appropriate but modern way. The Bansko project is a good example of this approach to applied to architectural design.
While I am very interested in projects related to monuments of culture and in architecture for regions with historical context, I am also comfortable and capable working with contemporary architecture and interior design. I think that an architect should not just focus on the exterior appearance of the "shell". She must consider the interior volume and spatial character with a vision about interior that is most proper for that certain building.

• Highly skilled in personal computers, including: AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat Reader (basic), 3D Studio Max, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Powerpoint (basic), Internet applications

• The Grand Award of the Union of Architects in Bulgaria – Honorary Diploma for the best graduation work; (2005)
• The Annual Award for a graduation work in the area of the preservation of architectural heritage – Bulgarian National Committee of ICOMOS; (2005)
• Honorary Diploma from the society of the UAB (Union of Architects in Bulgaria) in the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy – Nomination for professional solution of a given architectural task (2005)
