Stem on 2019 CP Bike Builders Downhill Bike

In this project, I make the stem for the 2019 NAHBS bike that the club showcased. Starting with a waterjet, I cut out aluminum stock and then used a manual mill to finish the part. I made this before I had the skills to operate a CNC so it was a good learning experience on manual machines. I was happy with the result and stoked to be part of a team that built up a rad bike. I had also made the bash guard for the bike. The Pinkbike article of the bike is linked.
