I am currently the Creative Director at Fusion Pkg a global leader in the design, manufacturing and distribution of packaging for the skin care and cosmetic markets. I approach everything with a child like curiosity balanced with a strong technical knowledge that allows me to think creatively while also understanding the harsh realities of manufacturing. My tool kit includes both verbal and visual communicating skills, intuition, observation, thoughtfulness towards the user, and passion.

- I am part of a dynamic, collaborative company that understands the unique needs of both product brands and the consumers they serve, and we create product packages that promote and deepen the relationship between these two.
- Our design expertise, quality and ability to move quickly have made us the preferred choice of some of the world’s largest and most well respected brands.

• Graphic Designer, Anchor Hocking / Lancaster, OH / 2007 - 2010
- Senior Graphic and Packaging Designer at Anchor Hocking performing complete brand development, web based graphics, art direction and copy writing.
- Created over 400 packages and graphic designs for clients such as William Sonoma, Target, Martha Stewart, Walmart, Great Lakes Brewing Company, Pier1, Boru Vodka, as well as line items for Anchor Hocking.
- Manage every stage of package development, from concept through completion
- Research, forecast and present packaging trends
- Manage domestic and international vendors as well as, implement cost saving work practices and procedures.

- The structure of the studio is a multidisciplinary one that promotes a culture of interchange and adds tremendous value to every project.
- As owner I provided design services across the full spectrum of graphics, identity, package, and products.
- We consulted mostly for the cosmetic packaging industry.
- The company partners and I were hired to understand the problem
and communicate our findings via visuals, sketch concepts and then based on feedback, created presentation pieces, develop final sketches, computer renderings, and CAD with real world manufacturing abilities and cost constraints in mind.

• Freelance Display & Promotional Design, Idea Planet / Dallas, TX / 2006
- Created innovative, visually appealing POP concepts focusing on innovative use of materials and communication that addresses all marketing objectives and project parameters for Cadbury Schweppes energy drink campaign.

• Industrial & Package Design, Mary Kay Dallas / Dallas, TX / 2006
- Researching and developing existing and emerging concepts and trend
- Sketched, drafted, modeled, provided some engineering on projects (CAD reading, testing, corrections, etc.).
- Translate ideas from concept into actual, on-brand graphic packages
- Collaborated with Graphics and Marketing departments in creating solutions for specific products (lipstick, compacts, clamshells, displays etc.)
- Partner with Marketing in order to get the best possible product delivered on time and on budget
