Project Leader for the complete redesign of the company's website from concept to business case proposal and presentation, gathering relevant information, English copy writing, user testing and management relations with a web design firm working remotely from Singapore.

Information Architect (non-coding) evangelist providing Information & Data framework of technology platforms for Business Intelligence and Services Oriented software. Conducted technology research & diligence, created ORIF's RFP framework and responsible for end user management and interaction.

Business Analyst co-responsible for documenting business processes, analyzing gaps and bottlenecks, to provide workflows integrated within the SOA business system.

UI Designer responsible for providing conceptual, artistic direction and creation of GIF elements for the system's UI and functionality.

Business Process Analyst through the research and utilization of PVM in the aim of reducing costs and providing transparency. Working with end users, document process costs and value-added-time to determine efficiencies and bottlenecks. With this valuable data, optimized business processes will then be formulated and presented to executive management allowing them to decide the proper measures to take.

Assisted in workflow management of our various client's project requests. Also assisted with minor client management.

Responsible for thematic direction and stylistics in maximizing the impact of our clients communications.
