Exploration of Elevations
Visual Literacy: Analysis and Composition (2011). This project began using two photographs that I took in downtown Lincoln, NE. Then a two-dimensional composition was created to connect the pictures with the use of line and an emphasis of color running through the entire composition. The lines were translated into a three-dimensional model with varying elevations. Next the model was split into three different sections. One of the sections was connected to another student's section model. A final model was placed between the two sections, one section comprised of my original model and the second belonging to the other student, as a connecting piece.
