Duo-System_Usability - The primary goals of the project were to save space and introduce improved ergonomics. The product combines both washer and dryer into one machine that takes up less space than the average washer/dryer. Because of this space saving emphasis, the design required entirely new laundry technology (no agitator or spinning drum).
Duo-System_Interface - The interface is simple and easy to understand. User will feel familiarly and related by the symbolic icons and Chinese vocabulary on top of the seven buttons.
