Work History

  • Graphic Designer

    - Art direct, design, and produce high quality graphics for the world’s largest aquarium, including but not limited to: logo and brand development, exhibition graphics, informational and wayfinding signage, retail and merchandising signage, advertising and promotional materials, social media and digital communications

    - Work with various fabrication methods and media including large-format inkjet printing, 3D printing, plotter-cut vinyl film, lamination, offset printing, direct-to-board printing, Lambda C-prints, 3M ScotchCal, silkscreen prints, and die-cut substrates

    - Maintain brand identity standards while creating content for the Georgia Aquarium and their partners/ sponsors including Marineland, Coca-Cola, AT&T,
 Georgia Power/Southern Company, Georgia-Pacific, The Home Depot, SunTrust, AirTran Airways, Southwest Airlines, UPS, Wolfgang Puck, AAA, Center for Civil and Human Rights, Atlanta Zoo, High Museum, Google, Publix

    - Contribute to the development of new concepts, graphics standards and templates, and improved processes and workflow systems

    - Oversee production details of projects including vendor relations and print/press management
    - Install and repair on-site signage using a plethora of tools and skills
    - Manage budgets and schedules for multiple projects simultaneously
    - Communicate with clients, directors, managers, print vendors and other specialist to complete projects
    - Provide design direction, mentoring and training to Junior Designers, Contractors and Volunteers
    - Delegate workflow to contractors, volunteers, and vendors
