House 2K-1 plan & sections - proposed prototype 4 bedroom house on a 1500 sq.ft. footprint, as part of a series of similar houses on a 12 acre residential development in new jersey. the living spaces are arranged around the central oval shaped "hearth" containing the stairs, fireplace and utilities

Mixed Use Buildings - New Brunswick, New Jersey - proposed 22,400 sq.ft. mixed use building at joyce kIlmer Ave., new brunswick, new jersey. the building would consist of retail units on the ground floor. offices on the mezzanine. mixed studio, 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartment units on the 3rd,4th & 5th floors.the elevations were designed to break the scale of the building with the core in the center clearly defined vertically. an interesting use of two colors also helps in this proposal and creates a strong element for the street
Local 777 - elevation study - 21,000 sq.ft. existing building renovation, for the Local 777 plumbers & pipe fitters training facility in Meriden, CT. the existing building facade (block masonry) and pilasters are resurfaced with EIFS. existing window openings are enlarged to accommodate new program. the "mondrian - composition with yellow, blue, and red" inspired design creates a playful facade, and contrasts with the equally spaced existing pilasters creating a visually appealing rhythm
Mixed Use Building - proposed study for a large mixed use group of buildings for a local developer in karachi. the retail and commercial buildings are placed towards the front with the residential sections at the rear of the main road
Science Park Parking Garage - proposed elevations of a 1,186 car parking garage and retail spaces, in new haven, ct. the building consists a total of 427,595 gross sq.ft. from the ground to the 5th floor, with 24,826 sq.ft. of leasable space on the ground floor. materials used on the facade are brick veneer, precast concrete panels, aluminum storefront & curtain wall system.
