My design philosophy is for us to take responsibility for the waste we produce and to encourage good habits, rather than enforce them.

I believe the key to us achieving sustainability is for us to look at the whole production chain, and to eliminate waste, be it material, energy or time, where possible. We also need to encourage new thinking, and to champion reducing and reusing over recycling.

I believe in local sourcing, local production, local distribution and local consumption.
