Competent with a wide variety of hand, power, and CNC tools and techniques for model and prototype construction.

Have worked extensively with wood, MDF, Trimatrix, steel, aluminum, brass, wire, clay, plaster, bondo, builder’s bog, polystyrene, ABS, PET, vipet plastic and high/medium density foam.

Experienced with hand/power tools needed for light carpentry, deconstruction, material salvage, and general maintenance.

Work well in both MAC and PC platforms with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, Final Cut Pro, iMovie, Solidworks, Maya, CATIA, Pro Engineer, Rhino, Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel. Extensive digital 2-D and 3-D rendering, 3-D modeling, and audio/video editing.

Advanced motion and still digital camera documentation and editing.

Hand sketching and rendering.

Have learned fundamentals of sustainable product design and worked with multi-disciplinary teams in design collaboration, research, sketching, hand and computer rendering, digital and physical model making, prototyping and presentation.
