Syringe Ergonomics - As a company that dedicated to improving people's health throughout the world, Becton Dickenson was interested in addressing health hazards for users of their instrumentation.
The design solves hazardous ergonomic issues in syringe handling which result in
musculoskeletal injuries. The issues are directly related to the specific handling technique of reconstitution workers in Class III hospitals in China.

Syringe Ideation - Becton Dickenson asked that I create a new type of injectable device with focus on high performance and dose precision. Conceptual sketching was used a way of discovering new ideas and narrowing down the search for a more practical and effective solution.

I explored three methods of drawing and dispensing:
push and pull, twist and dial, pinch and squeeze.
