A well designed building lessens the stress on people using it and thus creates a happier and healthier environment for the users. The main goal through this project is to design a facility that is attractive both inside and outside, and which will stimulate the senses of the inhabitants who live and work there.The three main concerns of this design are safety, security and surveillance.
