I update and optimize our community profiles Flash map using Flash and AS3

I would also like to thank you for your awesome suggestion for combining the English and French flash maps into one flash map AND toggle the English/French legends dynamically by sending a parameter to the flash file through the flash URL.
Your suggestion not only saves my time to check the flash map twice (English and French flash maps, each with 10 layers) BUT also saves money (50%) if we have to ask the vendor to update the flash map again in future. In 2011, the vendor charged $5,500 for updating the 2 flash maps (English and French). In future, we only have to pay the vendor for updating 1 flash map.
