I love solving problems. I am energetic, curious and driven, and need to work with like-minded people. If you're not innovating, you're doing it wrong.

I believe that great creative thinking in the digital space can only be supported by strong partnership with strategy, usability and delivery specialists; the days of a creative team tossing their work over the wall to a developer is over.

I love stories. I want to be involved in producing inventive work that tells compelling stories. But funny stories are transcendent. Silly is highly underrated.

Most of all I think creative directors should be the instruments of change, ready to inspire and to facilitate collaborative, interesting work.
