The Power of One

As a part of our commitment to modernize Ford's training, we've developed numerous concepts for product launch training, internal communications training and employee on-boarding.

A particularly successful story uses the "ONE FORD" brand. Presenting the information in a History Channel style interface, we took users through an experience increasing their understanding of the Ford story in a personal way, concluding with One Employee (the user), becoming a part of the Ford's ever evolving history.
