The Flavorologist's Lab was dominated by the large, every flashing and active Flavor Transporter.
Push-Up Promenade represents a typical "world".
Bop-A-Pop was just one of 8 games/activities custom made for the site.
Our "Miniwich Mountain" featured some fun activities and even had music from our Group Creative Director's accordion playing cousin from Norway.
My page plan for our "Superman" world. DC Comics was adamant that only they could illustrate it, so I had the good fortune to direct an actual DC artist.

The Worlds of Ice Cream

Our client was faced with a dilemma; it had 8 disparate brands from water-ice pops to ice cream sandwiches and needed an entertaining way for kids to interact with them.

We created the Flavorologist's Lab, where Flavor Portal transported the viewer to one of several "branded" worlds. What was to be a short campaign, became their site for many years to come. Part of the appeal was a rotating "celebrity world" which contained characters such as Shrek, Scooby Doo & Superman. We also produced games, activities and special promotions corresponding to each world's unique character.

While immensely challenging to produce (from pencil comps to finished site in under 8 days), it was an absolute highlight of my career, winning the IAC Best Consumer Goods Website the year it was launched.
