TASK: Design a device that intergated all functions
inside the home into one system that was
easy for any member of the family to use.
SOLUTION: I Designed the device around the
phone. I intergrated a touchscreen for
easy navigation. The sytem host all the
functionality of a PDA, Media Server, and
Security System. The User Interface is
Very easy to use and also swapable.

TASK: Design a set of audiophile grade components
that have no buttons. Give them all of the
same functionality of traditional components
and make it easier to use. (The Wife and kids
should be able to operate it.) Make the Design
Bold, Clean, and Modern.
SOLUTION: I Designed the components with a
uniform background color to allow
the controlls to be more intuitive. I
simplified the UI tremendously by
eliminating the need for a plus and
minus on every controll. Instead I
allow the user to select the function
they want and user the universal
plus and minus control. The ID is
a timeless, clean aluminum design.
I designed the media server so that
the entry to load DVD's and CD's is
hidden. The LCD Display flips down
and reveals the load slot.

TASK: Design a system that would give soldiers an immediate edge in special opps and combat missions with gps capabilities and localized radar technologies.
SOLUTION: M.I.C is a device that is going to give the soldier of the future a major advantage. M.I.C allows Soldiers to see all of the details of their mission in real-time. Soldiers recieve intel via a satelite feed to their wrist. They are also able to see the rest of their team and where they are in relation to each one on the screen. Friendlys show up in Green enemies show up in red. The device also provides gps funct
NEPTUNE Online Monitoring Solution - ROLE: User Interface Design
System architecture
TASK: Design a solution that could allow a homeowner to access and view their home remotely online and via their wireless phone.
SOLUTION: I designed Neptune's solution to allow a user to view 4 zones of their home at once. This solution also allows them to arm and disarm different zones of the house independently of each other. The Architecture of the system also allows the user to access the home through their wireless phone. The system sends status updates and alerts that are customizable by the user.
