Architect / Job Caption – Extensive experience training and leading teams for various new buildings and build outs within existing structures. Project experience includes: Housing, entertainment & commercial.

Schematic Design – Work with client & property owner to designed tenant spaces. Presented projects to clients. Worked with project managers to developed sketches and transformed them into plans on CAD.

Interior Design – Developed designs for various interior spaces for casinos, banks, retail, housing and medical clinics. Work published in “Hospitably and Design Magazine”, pages 108-111, Nov. 2007.

Site Planning – Designed site master plans with parking layouts and building placement for office buildings, apartment buildings, and convenience stores. Developed conceptual plans for large scale developments

Financial Planning – Completed usable, leaseable and rentable area calculations, under the guidelines of BOMA for office buildings. Worked with leasing agents to establish rental rates.

Construction Documents – Completed construction drawings and specifications for large projects; new construct and historical renovations. Prepared project addendums and bulletins.

Construction Administration – Compiled construction site observation and field reports, conducted job site meetings, prepared payment requests and RFIs. Conducted HUD field observations reports.
