Introduced usability standards while integrating and restructuring what was 6 disparate web sites into one easily navigable, award winning corporate web site that also allows for easy integration of future brands. Built and managed an in-house creative department. Directed an in-house photo/video studio that supported global needs for print, web and multimedia. Responsible for shooting and editing all product, marketing, tradeshow and training videos. Designed and directed the re-branding of the 4 primary corporate brands: DonJoy, ProCare, AirCast and DJO Surgical brands. This included all collateral, packaging, video, web and animations.

Part of the team that created a competitive assessment and global design guideline for Toshiba’s global website.

Hired to art direct, add usability and complete an extensive redesign of the educational course catalog. Once completed, key elements were integrated into an extensive redesign and re-branding of the entire global GIA organization. This rebranding included the entire corporate web site, all printed collateral, all videos and all tradeshow properties. Tasked with creating a series of educational and informational videos. These designs continue to win yearly awards in advertising, PR and in the gemological industry.

Developed and managed Creative Services department, reducing outsourcing expenses by 92%, saving the corporation over $1,000,000 from the previous year. Worked with engineering, programming and industrial design teams to design and bring to market 9 cell phones with more than 30 accessories. Responsible for design and usability of software, interfaces, applications and iconography for 6 NeoPoint branded cell phones as well as Sprint, Verizon and Qualcomm co-branded cell phones. Responsible for designing packaging and materials for cell phones and accessories sold in 11 countries.
Responsible for designing a multi-award winning “smart, cutting edge web site.” Allowing for Enhanced Consumer Experiences by adding features like: Buy Direct, Online Software Upgrades, Airtime packages and accessories - all via the NeoPoint Online Store.
