Description

Objective: The Citi Amex card is unique. However, the Amex/Citi combination confused consumers. We were tasked to clarify the benefits of the card —the flexibility of pay overtime with Citi and the concierge services of a Platinum Amex card.

Solution: By positioning the card as “not just a credit card,” we were able to describe the dual qualities in a simple, elegant way.

Tactics: Printed invitation, Microsite, application and brochure, web site print on demand materials.
