A multifaceted branding campaign for 2004/2005 to draw local residents and tourism to downtown Fort Collins, Colorado. A particular focus on a rich and authentic home-town experience, gourmet dining and unique shopping opportunities were utilized as the competitive differentiators over the chain/franchise marketshare.
