Hello. I am brownjames Illustrator, creator of smart, bold and colourful illustration for web, print and animation. I love working in teams and am happy to work independently. I thrive on colour, innovation and quality. This is what I aim for every day in the studio.
I’ve worked across large and small-scale projects with varied budgets, timelines and communication strategies worldwide and full-time for 15 years. My skillset is strong and varied like my client list which covers publishing, advertising, e-learning, app development and animation.

I’ve enjoyed working with Roar many times on e-learning projects where I’ve created UI design and illustration. My work with Learning Seat was to create an innovative online workplace compliance suite as part of a small team of illustrators & writers. My focus was on storyboards, pencilling, inking and colouring.

I worked on and offsite with them for three years on the “Pixel Pinkie” series 1 and 2 which aired on Chanel 9, Australia and was sold internationally. At Blue Rocket I was responsible for background, prop design and storyboards.
