Wall and Gate Structure for Substation

One of my projects as an intern at Leers Weinzapfel Associates. This design is of a wall and gate structure for an electrical substation that was to be built as part of a new development on the campus of the Ohio State University. The goal was to create a moiré effect to captivate passersby and conceal the industrial structures of the substation within the walls. The materials to be used were various forms of cor-ten steel.
