2012 - Handelsbanken - Internet bank
One of Sweden's leading banks wanted to build a new, world class, Internet bank. I worked with this project through research, concept, prototyping and user testing.
A lot of the research activities were focused on understanding what kind of relation customers have, and want to have, with their bank(s). Based on what we learned, we set out to build an experience that would allow the customers to deal with their everyday banking needs as pain free as possible but that would also serve as a platform for the bank to sell their products in a credible way.
