My Solly - Member Kits
New welcome kits for My Solly members were created. Names given to each level:
Level 1: Explorer - They being people who strolled into the store to 'explore', checked out the product, liked it, bought it and would mind being part of the loyalty program.
Level 2: Prime - They are existing members and are prime ambassadors of the brand. They understand what the brand has to offer and would not hold back from referring it to a friend or relative.
Level 3: Ace - These members have been with the brand for a while and have bought into their ideology.
Level 4: Legend - These are the people who know the brand inside-out. They are the core of the brand. They are the most loyal patrons of Allen Solly.
