* Hired initially as the Senior Copywriter, I was promoted to Manager of Marketing Operations in late 2021. In addition to continuing my core writing duties, I managed outside contractors (graphic designer, website consultant agency rep) to execute on special projects as well as worked closely with our public relations contractor for press releases and other PR projects. * Served as a project manager for a complete website redesign, which included vetting website design firms and garnering approval from the CEO/Co-Founder. The new website debuted in April 2022. I updated all website copy and coordinated LeadsRx team input with the vendor team for the new-look website. * My copywriting duties included writing blogs, case studies, white papers, sales collateral, press releases, newsletters, email marketing copy, social media posts, website copy (general updates, adding new pages, creating landing pages for gated downloads), and ghostwriting contributed pieces for leadership in professional publications, including Forbes Business Development Council, YEC (Forbes), Portland Business Journal, and other marketing industry-related publications. * I served as organizer and moderator for LeadsRx webinars, and I organized and led the first-ever virtual LeadsRx User Conference (half day) for customers in spring 2021.

* Managed the content for the agendas for six of Evanta's CHRO (Chief Human Resource Officer) summits this entails interviewing 60+ CHROs from each region's largest enterprises, managing conference speakers, writing session abstracts to produce one-day conferences that are "by and for" CHROs. * Before transitioning to managing large events, I served as a content director and managed a team of six content managers, overseeing on average 60 events produced by my team per year. I mentored several new team members to be successful content team contributors and partners to our sales side. This enabled them to create well-attended, well-funded events with top-notch agendas featuring peer executives and intriguing outside thought leaders. * In my early years at Evanta, I honed the skills needed to create impactful agendas for the CFO, CIO, CISO and sports brands (collegiate athletic directors and pro sports team owners and executives). * Helped institute social media presence for the business, using LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and YouTube platforms to promote events and increase community engagement.
