    Design a product within the service industry for the service industry from useable waste materials within the venue itself. ie. ( food service boards, art, interior decoration, furniture )

    Learn about viticulture and it's history in the food and beverage industry specifically in fine dining for a local effort, sourced locally.

    I was to personify the concept of GoodOnya-Mate! into an object, something viral, for students. To be worn, seen, used and carried from sport to sport this object would be influenced by Aussie culture and the concept of " the energy you give off is the energy you get back."


    Emile Studham, founder and former CEO, was a professional rugby player and Phys-Ed teacher at the high-school level in Australia. He transitioned into Canada's pace of life to invigorate students in the elementary stream of schooling to be physically healthy and active through Aussie rules footy, netball and rugby.

  • Tivoli Mural Project

    Collaborated with street and graphic artists, illustrators, and photographers to develop the painted facade of a historical monument for James Street North's Art District. To be made in the future the site will become a project for new condominiums.

    The building was painted on three separate occasions, publicly viewed, and free for participants to engage.

    Coordinator Paul Elia is an illustrator and photographer in Hamilton, Ontario.

    Handling organic products with care I sought to make appetizing what was not mine before. I fashioned food in a tapas cuisine inspired from Northern Africa. From what I took... BerBer's were the names of the native.

    I dealt with high densities of customers and had only to present the food in a presentation for sharable tastes within the dining room.

Band's name was first Shock In The Back Seat then changed to English Patience. Shock in the backseat was a personal joke while getting a ride home in a car and English Patience was my frustration with trying to communicate with other people of varying languages and ethnicities.

    Went through three head chefs but prevailed from starting on dish pit and working up to both a bar tender and a line cook simultaneously in the final months of my time.

    Learned how to handle raw meats, bake desserts, use and clean a deep fryer properly, clean my station and maintain the activity of the machines I was working with.

    Overall, tough industry some days.
