Work directly with Lead Designer and Brand Director to design all online assets for cyclegear.com as well as all direct marketing - emails and promotional campaigns from conception to completion. Make sure all promotional assets are on schedule and set for deployment. Create micro-sites for promoting various brands Cycle Gear carries, as well as site up-keep and maintenance. Work with Brand Director and CMO to maintain brand integrity and design standards. Directly manage Junior Designers.
