Project Brief: Pick an organic object ( a vegetable, an animal, etc…) and design a seat using its physical characteristics. I choose tangerine. As the characteristics i have chosen . non solid structure . separable into individual parts . presence of a textured surface The idea of making a separable seat without a solid structure came from the interaction of social groups sharing tangerine. And instead of a solid structure, covered with a foam, using high density foam alone makes it flexible and comfortable when using in different modular positions and provides a strong structure in closed position.
