Time Warner Cable - Project done while at Walsh Bishop Associates. This was a complete rehabilitation of a 100,000 s.f. "sick" building. Mold and asbestos remediation had to be completed prior to any reconstruction. The finished project is home to the regional headquarters of Time Warner Cable, including executive offices and call center.
