Light therapy has been used for years to treat a range of sleep disorders associated with a misaligned body clock including Jetlag, Sleep Onset Insomnia, and Seasonal Affective Disorder. The light therapy glasses integrate this technology into a device that is the lightest and most portable light therapy device on the market.
