Product design and engineering services. Current clients include RQ Home, Questech and Challenger Lighting. For RQ Home and Questech, I provide SolidWorks, AutoCAD and design support. For Challenger Lighting, I engineer and provide AutoCAD drawings for custom lighting projects, typically for hotels such as Hyatt, Hilton and Marriott.
Managed custom projects from initial client contact through production, review and installation.
Engineered and created all CAD production drawings for submission to vendors. Created RFQs to vendors and created quotes for clients.
Engineered custom art glass installations per architect/designer's specification as well as designed unique installations for those who wanted our design input.

Lead the lifecycle of assigned product development with a strong emphasis on 3D modeling and prototype refinement. Used SolidWorks & AutoCAD for design and Excel for data management.
Correlated design goals with production ability and processes such as forging, welding, casting, spinning, turning, machining, glass blowing and slumping to create unique parts.

Very large offshore lighting vendor for the country*s largest residential lighting companies.
Managed Quoizel's product line. New product coordination between Quoizel, designers and D&J's offshore factories from design concept to final production. Created weekly Excel reports to track status of up to 150 SKUs in progress. Traveled to, Heng Lin, China, to do product reviews and inspections. Aided in new product design and modelmaking.
