I am an award winning product designer and recent graduate from the Glasgow School of Art.
My work has been featured on BBC Future, Core77, DVice, Inhabitat and published in Focus, Intersection, Weekend, and House Trends magazines. My work is also exhibited in the Museum Victoria, Melbourne Australia as part of a ten year long exhibition titled "Think Ahead". I hold a patent for a "Bicycle parking structure with integrated locking mechanism".
I am interested in creating new and exciting products, services, systems, exhibitions, events, and experiences. -

Experience

Visionary Aircraft Concepts InternMunich, GermanyJul 2013 - Sep 2013 (2 months)I worked on two unique projects within the Visionary Aircraft Concepts department. The first was to redesign the cabin architecture for an Airbus A320 sized short to medium haul aircraft for the year 2035 with an emphasis on increasing passenger density. The second was to re-imagine ground handling operations in the year 2035, and to design the associated vehicles for this process with an emphasis on minimizing ground time for aircraft.

Manufacturing Equipment Validation InternMalvern, PAMay 2012 - Aug 2012 (3 months)I drafted Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and determined optimum operating settings for the FDA regulated medical device manufacturing department. I drafted and executed validation documents (IQ, OQ, and PQ) for the installation and assembly of new packaging equipment. I also recommended design improvements to automated equipment in response to protocol deviations and manufacturing non-conformance events. I was exposed to vision system technologies used for product inspection and QA process improvements.

I operated commercial screen-printing, heat transfer, and vinyl cutting equipment. I also repaired and restored modern and classic surfboards.
