Sissy's Sircus is a neo-burlesque and drag troupe based in Cedar Falls.
Sissy’s Sircus is a group of University of Northern Iowa students and alumni who strive to create an all-inclusive environment that offers a creative outlet for young artists who seek to build a supportive community.
We produce a main stage benefit production at the Oster Regent Theatre every January and donate a portion of ticket sales to local non-profit organizations.Through rehearsals, performances, and community events, we provide a safe space for students, designers, and community members to question and challenge societal boundaries and social norms regarding gender and sexuality.
