photorealistic renderings and project management. Oversaw and participated
in full-cycle product development—from concept through production—for brands such as
Safety First, Maxi Cosi, Britax, Mockingbird, Chicco, and Gladly Family. Collaborated with
cross-functional teams across design, engineering, marketing, legal, and manufacturing
to ensure design intent was maintained throughout development.

Oversaw the design and development of innovative kitchen, home, and bath products for the consumer retail market. Collaborated with cross-functional teams including product management, marketing, sourcing, and manufacturing to deliver user-centered solutions aligned with brand and business goals. Led a team of five designers, providing creative direction, mentoring, and project oversight. Designed and developed full product lines and packaging for licensed brands such as Mr. Clean, Clorox, and Dawn, as well as private label programs for Target, H-E-B, and other major retailers. Created high-fidelity prototypes using 3D printing and hand fabrication for iterative testing, buyer presentations, and trade shows. Produced detailed packaging assets, including die lines, to ensure production-ready deliverables. Managed multiple projects and brand portfolios simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Led the design and development of wheeled goods and accessories for the juvenile market, managing a multidisciplinary international team across the U.S. and China. Spearheaded the creation of cohesive brand design languages for Urbini and Evenflo, ensuring consistency across product lines. Oversaw all phases of product development, collaborating closely with sales, marketing, engineering, and quality assurance teams in the U.S., as well as R&D and manufacturing teams at the company’s factory in China. Worked on-site at the China R&D center to enforce design standards, meet product safety requirements, and drive projects to completion within extremely tight production timelines.

Prepared high-impact presentations and prototypes for major retail buyers including Target, Walmart, and Babies“R”Us. Partnered with packaging, branding, and marketing teams to enhance product visibility and consumer appeal. Maintained deep awareness of market trends and customer needs, incorporating real-world consumer feedback into continuous product improvements. Collaborated cross-functionally with sales, marketing, legal, and engineering teams in both the U.S. and Hong Kong. Maintained direct communication with vendors across the U.S. and Asia-Pacific to ensure seamless product development and manufacturing. Led spike design projects for major footwear brands including Nike, Puma, Adidas, New Balance, Reebok, Asics, Mizuno, FootJoy, and Hi-Tec. Designed golf accessories, point-of-purchase displays, advertising materials, product packaging, and branding assets for the CHAMP Golf line. Oversaw product photography, video production, and marketing collateral. Managed projects from concept through production, including field testing and materials research focused on polymers, metals, and rubber. Experienced in engineering-grade part design for injection molding. Traveled to Guangdong, China to collaborate with footwear and packaging manufacturers.
