Designing performance driven footwear that address fast paced design requests for the baseball and football consumer. Have worked with key athletes from MLB to NFL on key footwear products. This includes color, graphic, and material selection/design, presentation preparation, market research, and logistical support.
Provide design support to Creative Managers and Directors and create unique new footwear designs that address consumer, retailer, and company needs on a seasonal timeline.
Conceptualize new footwear designs, provide market research and design trend analysis, prepare design review presentations, execute footwear design detailing and technical packages, design and specify trend relevant color and material options, refine and finish footwear designs through multiple prototyping process. Develop an understanding of the developer’s role in the overall process to creatively apply problem-solving skills in manufacturing and development issues.
Responsible for establishing product goals, collaborating closely with marketing, setting design direction and implementing brand identity through all phases of design. Worked closely with design manager and team on quarterly direction; including inspiration, color and material choices. Worked directly with key runners to create better and meaningfully products. Delivered on a specific and accelerated quarterly inline time period.

Worked in the Innovation Kitchen Department working on a range of projects from basketball to running. Duties included presentations of designs and sketches, working with model shop to build prototypes, pattern makers, tech packs for overseas as well as working on projects that envision Nike as a company for the future.
Worked with Fuseproject and Pantech (Korea cellphone company) to develope a new social network through cell phones. Designed a cell phone using rapid prototyping and worked with a model shop in Korea to produce a full-scale mock-up. Identified target market and conducted user research.
Worked with CEO of Timbuk2 developing bags for possible internship opportunity. Identified target market and conducted user research. Made several working prototypes and conducted user testing. Made production patterns to sew a refined working model.
Worked with owners of Heath Ceramics, acquiring knowledge of their propriety material and developing products based on the unique properties and manufacturing processes of ceramics. Investigated form and studied materials to design a line of soup dishes.
