Leading designer of consumer branded audio under the Polk Audio, Definitive Technology, and BOOM names. Responsible for leading Global Design Center. Establish design direction and vision across all brands and guide direction through implementation in all forms including; brand positioning, branding, product design, product portfolio roadmaping and definition, web presence, packaging design, web and mobile apps.

Served on an invite only committee of high level museum patrons and industry experts that worked with department curators to guide the museum's permeant collection.

Led key convergent programs for a diverse array of Fortune 500 clients including Honda, Google, P&G, Harmon Kardon, Motorola, Brooks, and Intel. Developed and articulated project vision. Built and mentored teams. Management of multi-disciplinary teams including industrial design, digital design, design research, mechanical engineering, brand and technology. Collaboration with other frog global studios. Highly client facing, frequent global travel. Focused on physical product design that happens at the intersection of want and need to create objects of desire, manifest brand, and impact culture.

Sat on the advisory board of directors during the initial start up period for Design Museum Boston. Guided the leadership team, participated in fund raising activities, and high level corporate outreach.

Directed a multidisciplinary teams responsible for six product collections. In this role I defined the category design ethos, guided conceptual development, mentored design team through stages of product development, designed key signature products in collaboration with professional athletes and advanced design teams, and implemented product vision into production. I also collaborated with all elements of Converse product and brand groups to fully realize the brand as a cohesive statement at retail. Participated in on camera and print PR for brand. Frequent global travel.

Designed industry leading product for high profile brand. Responsible for establishing product goals, collaborating with professional athletes, setting design direction for sub collections and consumer categories and implementing brand principals through all phases of design. Collaborated with Jordan Accessories on a line of premium men's bags, and Nike Timing and Vision groups on various projects. Collaborated with Brand Design group on brand communications. Assisted design director with seasonal brand direction. Participated in on camera and print PR for brand. Frequent global travel for consumer research throughout Europe, North America, and Asia. Frequent trips to Asian manufacturing centers.

Designed product for a wide array of clients including Bose, Burton Snowboards, Nike Explorer Group, VTech, Remington, Schick, Hasbro, Leapfrog, Chantal Cookware, Villaware, Timex, Pitney Bowes, Samsonite, Kodak among others. Also headed up Intern program and university sponsered projects. Was vice chair and later chair of the local IDSA chapter at this time.
