The Oronoco is a luxury residence building located on the shores of the Potomac River in Historic Old Town Alexandria. With 60 units and over 30 unique floor plans all on one level ranging from 1,700-3,800 sq. ft.

We were tasked with creating the branding and the sales materials including concept for all the displays for the sales center.
