Managing the production of effective display, marketing and exhibition material from artwork through to finished product, using external reprographic agencies where necessary. The position has responsibility for undertaking creative design tasks, with a degree of creative independence and flexibility, as contribution of ideas and imaginative input are encouraged within the bounds of the individual task. Functioning as a member of the editorial department, required to establish effective working relationships with various departments including production, distribution, marketing, training, sales and other creative design teams, advertising centres and external agencies. The role can be demanding, as it requires maintenance of high standards, whilst dealing with a high volume of work within fixed deadlines.
