Purchasing duties included research into new materials, as well as sourcing new vendors and processes. Management of internal process documents tracking production volume, product fulfillment and company growth. Direct and frequent coordination with architects, interior designers and other customers regarding all aspects of projects. Budget goals required frequent vendor negotiations and vendor management. Implemented commodity hardware tracking system for company. Developed inventory tools to insure consistent production flow. Management of shipping and delivery of Henrybuilt products, including coordination with clients and shippers. Developed new shipping protocols improving shipment speed and client satisfaction. Additional duties included management of internal product and brand development projects including the opening of the New York Henrybuilt showroom.

Provided ongoing design support to 3D designers and Creative Director, including product design, resourcing of materials, vendors and technologies.
