I am a combination of a Designer, a Manager, and a Facilitator. My experience is as an Industrial Designer, a Manager of a staff of designers, a Director of global design efforts, and a Facilitator to foster an environment within a company that will allow for creative and innovative solutions.
I am looking to utilize my experience and great enthusiasm in a strategic position to guide and develop that role as a process tool in the interplay between design and business strategy.

Thetford / Norcold (Tecma & SpinFlo) manufacture, sell, and service sanitation, refrigeration, and cooking products and systems to the OEM and retail markets for Recreational Vehicles, Marine, and commercial trucking.

Setting global corporate design strategy,
Strategic alignment of the group with corporate departments and strategic goals,
