My experience is as an Industrial Designer, a Manager of a staff of designers, a Director of global design efforts, and a Facilitator to foster an environment that will allow for creative and innovative solutions.

Thetford / Norcold (Tecma & SpinFlo) manufacture, sell, and service sanitation, refrigeration, and cooking products and systems to the OEM and retail markets for Recreational Vehicles, Marine, and commercial trucking.
