Lead designer and head of creative direction for a multi-phase Web site redesign. With a strong focus on usability, organization, and standardization it was considered their most successful redesign since it was the only one in their history that has received positive feedback from users. The site is now easier to navigate and empowers users by giving them easier access to their products and the ability to manage them without having to call customer service. The reduction in customer service calls has allowed the staff to redirect their attention to personalized customer outreach.
