4. Models in plaster, hand-made! It was before 3D printing technology. Assessment of movements, transformations from a gorilla to a robot, actual dimensions.
5. Review of physical models of the toy by chinese manufacturers.
6. Approval of the technical plans and physical model.
7. Manufacturing in China
8. Commercialization in the United States at fast food franchises.

First stage of the design process - From animation or cartoon to a physical toy. Very difficult task indeed! A gorilla to a robot in cartoon allows any physical and dimensional change but in the real world?
