First stage of the design process - From animation or cartoon to a physical toy. Very difficult task indeed! A gorilla to a robot in cartoon allows any physical and dimensional change but in the real world?
Technical plans and understanding of the toy and its characteristics like color, details as a gorilla and as a robot. Plans in mm and inches.
Gorilla Drawing, technical plans to be reviewed later by plastic injection and engineering professional.
Final toy proposal by company senior designer. Approved to manufacturing.
Toy commercialized at fast food franchise. Please review first picture of packaging with animation and see the differences.
