Comprehensive Studio
Harvard Bio-Research Laboratory was a project involving integration of mechanical systems and applied building code. The design of this lab allows for interaction between students and professors by deleted floor planes and vertical connection points. The ground floor features a cafe for students, as well as a lecture hall. The upper floors separate completely public functions from the research labs where the work may be done in private, but still allows for social engagement.
