I love to explore and untangle complex issues challenging organizations. Documenting my findings, I expose the distinct facets, often paradoxical in nature, that compose the larger issue at hand. These documents are then put to work as I facilitate conversations to develop a new, evidence based vision for the future. Working collaboratively, we then design and iterate concepts initiating the steps towards the new, envisioned future.
